Arrival & Departure Details

Arrival

Your journey begins in the beautiful Bavarian city of Passau. The nearest international airport is Munich Airport (MUC), about 160 km (100 miles) from Passau. From the airport, the most convenient option is to take a bus to Freising train station (approx. 30 minutes), then continue by train to Passau which takes around 2 hours.

By Train:

Your train will arrive at Passau Central Station (Passau Hbf). The ship’s berth is approximately 3 km from the station and can be easily reached by taxi, which are readily available outside the station.

Embarkation details:

The shipping station is Passau/Racklau. Embarkation time will be from 4-5 PM. Address: Racklau 3a (Passau - Winterhafen)

Departure

Disembarkation: Your tour ends in Passau. Disembarkation will take place 1 hour after the arrival of the ship at around approximately 11 AM. Therefore, it is advisable to not book train before 12PM.

You can continue your journey from Passau Main Station, which offers regular train connections to Munich, Vienna, and other European cities. For air travel, the most convenient return is via Munich Airport, reachable in about 2.5–3 hours by train or 2 hours by pre-booked shuttle or taxi.
