Arrival

The tour starts in Salerno, which is well connected by regular train services to major Italian cities such as Naples, Rome, and Milan. The nearest international airport is Naples International Airport (NAP). From the airport, you can take a shuttle bus or taxi to Naples city, and then continue to Salerno by train. Direct bus connections between Naples and Salerno are also available.

Upon arrival at Salerno train station, your hotel can be reached by a short local bus ride (SITA or city buses), or by an optional taxi transfer for added convenience.

Departure

The tour ends in Minori. From Minori, frequent SITA bus services run along the Amalfi Coast, connecting to Salerno as well as other coastal towns like Amalfi. From Salerno, you can continue your journey by train to major cities such as Naples, Rome, or Milan.

Alternatively, a private taxi transfer from Minori can be arranged on request for a more direct and comfortable transfer to the train station or airport.

The Amalfi Coast enjoys a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and warm summers.

The best season for walking is April–May and September–October, when temperatures range from 15–25°C (59–77°F) in spring and 18–26°C (64–79°F) in autumn, offering blooming landscapes, clear views, and comfortable hiking conditions.

The good season includes June and early September, with warmer temperatures around 22–30°C (72–86°F), suitable for walking especially in the mornings.
