Your tour begins in Mindelo, on the island of São Vicente. The nearest airport is Cesária Évora International Airport (VXE). After landing, taxis are available outside the arrivals terminal and provide a simple way to reach your hotel in Mindelo’s city centre. The drive usually takes around 15 minutes depending on traffic. It is advisable to confirm the fare before starting your ride.

Once you arrive at your hotel, you can settle in and, if time allows, begin exploring the vibrant streets and seaside atmosphere of Mindelo.

DEPARTURE

Your tour ends in Mindelo. On the final day, you will transfer from your hotel back to Cesária Évora International Airport (VXE) for your onward or return flight. The journey to the airport typically takes around 15 minutes by taxi. We recommend asking your hotel to arrange a taxi in advance to ensure a smooth and timely departure.
