If time allows, take a short warm-up hike through sandy vineyards and quiet countryside paths, leading to secluded beaches. The trails offer stunning views of the Pelješac Peninsula and the remote island of Lastovo.

With no traffic to disturb the peace, it’s a perfect start to your adventure. Spend the evening soaking in the calm island atmosphere.

After breakfast, set out on a scenic 16 km walking tour from Korcula to Lumbarda and back. The route meanders through fragrant olive groves and the peaceful countryside of Soline, following a picturesque coastal path.

In Soline, you can take an optional detour up a hill to St. Antoan Church, climbing 102 steps lined with a beautiful cypress alley planted in 1708. At the summit, you’ll find a small 14th-century church dedicated to St. Anthony the Abbot, offering sweeping views over the shimmering Adriatic.

Continuing your journey, you’ll arrive in Korčula town, a treasure trove of history and culture. Here, wander at your own pace through the narrow streets of the Old Town, admire the grandeur of the Cathedral, visit fascinating museums, and step inside the birthplace of Marco Polo. When you’re ready, either enjoy the walk back to Lumbarda or opt for a relaxing taxi ride, carrying with you memories of a day filled with scenic beauty and rich heritage.

Today you travel by ferry from Korčula to Hvar ( around 1 hour), with departure times depending on the season. Upon arrival, discover the historic streets, lively squares, and Venetian architecture of Hvar town. A short but rewarding walk takes you up to Fortica Fortress, built in the 16th century. From here, enjoy sweeping views over the harbor, the Pakleni Islands, and the surrounding blue waters. As the sun sets, the scenery transforms into a golden spectacle. The evening is free to enjoy the waterfront and the vibrant island atmosphere.

Wake up to the scent of lavender drifting on the sea breeze. Today’s walk can range from 12 km to 19 km, depending on your chosen route. You may take a leisurely coastal hike to the fishing village of Milna, returning the same way, or opt for a more adventurous loop that passes through the abandoned stone village of Malo Grablje and old olive groves. Along the way, discover hidden bays, dry-stone walls, and the timeless rhythm of rural island life. The landscapes are dotted with lavender fields, a hallmark of Hvar’s heritage. Return to Hvar town in the evening, where the harbor lights reflect off the calm Adriatic waters.

Today’s ferry ride carries you to Mljet ( around 2 hours), Croatia’s greenest island and a protected national park. Your base will be within the park area, surrounded by unspoiled nature. The highlight of your first day here is a scenic 13 km hike around the island’s famous saltwater lakes. These shimmering turquoise waters are fringed by pine forests, creating a peaceful atmosphere. You’ll also spot historical landmarks, some dating back to ancient times. As you circle the lakes, enjoy countless photo opportunities and the calming sound of water lapping against the shore. In the evening, relax and enjoy the quiet of the island.

After breakfast, set off to conquer Montokuc, the highest peak in the national park, standing 250 meters above sea level. The hike, about 12 km, rewards you with breathtaking 360-degree views of Mljet’s lush landscapes, the shimmering lakes, and the Adriatic beyond. On warm days, you can take a refreshing swim in the lakes, which are a few degrees warmer than the open sea. Another highlight is a visit to the tiny islet of St. Mary, home to a 12th-century Benedictine monastery, reachable by a small excursion boat. The evening is free to enjoy Mljet’s peaceful ambiance.

Leave Mljet behind and take the ferry back to Dubrovnik, arriving around midday depending on the season. The afternoon is free for you to explore one of the world’s most celebrated walled cities. You may choose a guided walking tour or wander at your own pace through UNESCO-listed streets, lined with Baroque buildings and marble walkways. For a spectacular finale, take the cable car or hike up Mount Srđ for panoramic views over Dubrovnik and the Adriatic. As the sun sets over the terracotta rooftops, enjoy your last night in Croatia.

After your final breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to Croatia’s enchanting coast. Depending on your flight or onward travel plans, you will be transferred to Dubrovnik Airport, the port, or the bus terminal.
